How do you celebrate 20 years of partnership?

In the lead-up to the PGA Championship, adidas wanted to celebrate 20 years of their sponsorship of Masters Champion Sergio Garcia.

They were releasing an updated version of the shirt he wore during the final round of the 1999 PGA. This was the moment Sergio announced himself on the world stage by hitting an eyes-closed shot from up against the roots of a tree during an epic final round showdown with Tiger Woods.

We created a film that was posted on flagship global @adidas brand channels and @adidasgolf, driving social reach and engagement as well as PR coverage in channels ranging from golf blogs to Esquire.com
