How can you use humour to sell to a business audience?
NICE is a global tech business focused on customer experience. They wanted a film to promote their CXOne solution for improving customer interactions. Whilst CXOne is an amazing application, it is highly technical and takes time to understand.
So instead of the usual product demo film, we created a humorous short. By creating the waiting room from hell, filled with frustrated characters, we brought to life the challenges we all face as customers and how CXOne can address them. The film then drove viewers to the CXOne website to discover more.
A highly unusual approach for this sector it proved to be a standout hit for NICE.
